This property was purchased off-market from a motivated seller looking to remove himself from the landlording business. This allowed my partner and I to BUY RIGHT going in. 


Once we acquired the property, we executed our strategy of performing renovations on the exterior and interior. Major renovations included the replacement of vinyl flooring to laminate and tile, a two color paint scheme, and the removal of a non load bearing wall to open up the floor plan. We also updated the kitchen and bathrooms with new cabinets, countertops, backsplash, and installed can lights to give the home the modern feel needed to appeal to our target buyer.
